Description

New set of metric studs, bolts, nuts and washers as supplied with the alloy external hinge kit (PEASE NOTE: This kit is NOT suitable for the original hinges). The studs have allen key socket ends to help put them into the hinge easily without damage, hence the price. Perhaps one of the most endearing features of the early Minis are the external door hinges, until they’re worn beyond repair and sag to the point that the door won’t close. Replacements are available, in a set of 4 (each one is different)as a kit 14A6818K complete with these fixings–

Hinges are also available individually and are also with these fixings.

we no longer stock original 1/4″unf bolts and nuts etc but the part numbers are-

2-SE604061 caphead top hinges

2-SH604051 bolt bottom hinge to body

2-SE604051 caphead bolt bottom hinge

plain nuts are GFK3211

plain washers are GFK1113

spring washers are GFK1124

the 1/4″ unf studs were never available
