- Bolt for holding the Clutch End cover (Wok) onto the flywheel housing. Also for the CHM85 differential side cover 1" long unc 5/16" bolt. A plus type bolt with built in washer on head, known as flanged head bolt. DAM7756 is slightly longer with thread lock used on late cars.

For Pre-verto clutch (long lever type) use‚ 22A747‚ bolt with a‚ 22A1155‚ locktab. The thread size on all classic minis is 5/8x16 TPI whitworth.

- The late model Minis were converted over to a much smoother operating clutch setup. The 'verto' clutch as it is called also uses a different plunger in the flywheel housing to hold the Clutch release bearing. This is an aftermarket non-genuine type about a third of the price in 2006.

- A great deal of the torquing action of the engine is taken up by the stamped metal bracket that bolts to the firewall. A symptom of this is a sharp clunking sound from that area when you accelerate or decellerate. The ugly fix is to weld a large washer over the crack
