Oil Filter Transfer Pipe 12A Block With Early Housing
To replace the troublesome block to filter head oil transfer pipe on late cars when using an early type filter head to a late type block as fitted to minis from 1992. Pre 1992 engines have 5/8″ block union and 1/4″ npt thread for the filter head.
12A engines from 1992 on have 11/16″UNF block and 11/16″ filter head.
Therefore this kit has 11/16″ thread block union and 1/4″npt tapered filter head union.
These are the following options of filter/block sizes for Pipe kits
Block union 5/8″ and filter head 1/4″npt use TAM2106BRAIDED
Block union 5/8″ and filter head 11/16″unf use MOC1019
Block union 11/16″ and filter head 11/16″unf use MOC1018
Block union 11/16″ and filter head 1/4″npt use MOC1020
