Med EN24 Steel CV/Hub Nut

Exclusive to MED, our CV castellated nut is machined from EN24T steel with extra attention to the split pin slots, where we have machined a radius to reduce fatigue cracks.

We have further improved the design by including an in-built washer to the clamping face to give a larger clamping area. The nut is then heat treated to ‘W’ condition for extra tensile strength.

We have chosen a 34mm AF size to further increase the strength over the standard nut.

You may also wish to use one of our uprated hub nut split washers.
